DESCRIPTION:You still have a little time to make your reservations for this year's Community Recognition Awards Gala.\n\nChosen from the nominations submitted by the public\, this year's group of honorees is\n\n\n\n \n\nThe Chateau at Gardnerville~Business of the Year\n\nRob Beltramo of the Washoe Tribe~Employee of the Year\n\nKiwanis Aktion Club of Carson Valley ~Service Club of the Year\n\nBetween Horses and Humans~Non-Profit Organization\n\nKathy Hone~Volunteer of the Year\n\nJohn Carne~Citizen of the Year\n\n \n\nIn addition to the honorees above\, Captain Dan Britton\,\n\nInvestigator Ryan Young and Investigator Brandon\n\nWilliamson will be recognized at the dinner. All three of the officers\n\nwere nominated serveral times as potential Employees of the Year\n\nfor their work in solving January's homicide cases and the selection\n\ncommittee felt that their exemplary performace exceeded that title and voted\n\nthem the special recognition.\n\n\n\nCarson Valley Inn's Valley Ballroom is the spot\, CVI's chefts have put together a great meal.\n\nOur Chamber Board members have created silent auction items for you and the evening is always memorable. \n\n \n\nYou can support our award winners by registering to attend here.
