DESCRIPTION:What's Coming for the Record Courier?\n\n \n\nLast month\, the word came down that Swift Communications had sold several of its newspapers\, including the Record Courier\, to Pacific Publishing\, which will operate the paper under its Nevada News Group. With papers in Winnemucca\, Battle Mountain\, Fernley and Lovelock\, Nevada News Group certainly understands rural Nevada and when we checked around\, we heard good things about how they cover the news in those communities. \n\n\n\nYou can find out for yourself what's in the works as we welcome Peter Bernhard\, the owner and CEO of Pacific Publishing as our speaker at our September luncheon.
