Buffalo Bill's Wild WestSaturday, August 25, 2018 from 2:00 PM - 8:00 PMA ninety-minute Western show, featuring:
Buffalo Bill Cody ~ Wild Bill Hickok ~ The Pony Express Annie Oakley ~ Calamity Jane ~ Lottie Deno The "Foothill Vigilantes" and more! ~ also ~ The Midway Plaisance With games and treats available for your amusement and enjoyment. Dinner (optional) by Carson City BBQ Twilight concert by Krista Jenkins Playing original and favorite Western tunes. No-host beer and wine available to anyone 21 and older, soft drinks and water, too. Beverage sales benefit the non-profit. Please, no outside food and beverage for this special fundraising event. Tickets Type A: Show Tickets Only (enjoy the midway* and music, but no dinner): $15 Type A ticket holders can arrive between 1:30 and 4:00, enjoying the Midway before the show and after. Stay for music, too, but the BBQ dinner must be purchased in advance (see type B tickets, below). Bring a lawn chair and enjoy the evening. No outside food or beverage, please. Type B: Combined Dinner and Show Tickets (also enjoy the midway* and music): $50 Friends of Dangberg members should contact the park for special early-bird pricing (before August 11). Type B ticket holders arrive between 1:30 and 4:00, enjoying the Midway before the show and/or after. Then, enjoy a BBQ dinner prepared just for you by Carson City BBQ. Stay for music, too. Bring a lawn chair and enjoy the evening (table seating provided for dinner guests). No outside food or beverage, please. Children 16 and younger enter for free and do not need a ticket for the show and midway. Children's BBQ dinner is $25. *Midway games will be available for an additional fee, with proceeds benefiting the non-profit Friends of Dangberg Home Ranch. Vendors will be selling food treats and a variety of products independently. Event Schedule 1:30 Gate Opens 2:00-8:00 No-Host Bar and Soft Drinks--Cold beer, wine, ice cold water and soft drinks. Proceeds benefit the non-profit Friends of Dangberg. 2:00-4:00 Midway Treats and Games--Crafts and arts market, cotton candy and kettle corn (midway food sales end at 4:00), snow cones and snow cone cocktails by 100 Proof, lemonade and lemonade cocktails by 100 Proof, win a prize in carnival games of skill and chance: dime toss, bowling pin ring-toss, milk can-softball toss and football-hoop toss. Proceeds benefit the non-profit Friends of Dangberg. 4:00-5:30 Buffalo Bill's Wild West--Legendary figures of the old West Pony Express riders, tales of adventure, trick shooting, bullwhip demonstrations, western shoot-out and more. 5:30-7:00 Midway Continues--Market and games (no food sales). 6:00-8:00 Dinner by Carson City (optional)--BBQ Pork Ribs, Chicken, Potato Salad, Caesar Salad, BBQ Beans, BBQ Sauce, Rolls & Butter. 7:00-8:00 Music Singer-songwriter Krista Jenkins--Western favorites and original works.
