Join us at the Carson Valley Museum & Cultural Center for our salute to our rich agriculture heritage. Virginia City had the silver. Lake Tahoe had the lumber, but the Carson Valley had the greatest treasure of all… Food! From beef, lamb, chickens, eggs, milk, butter and flour, we were the go-to source for the food that fed our state. Visit our museum and see our community booths reflecting all things ranching in the Carson Valley including recognition of our many community youth groups.
We’ll have games, activities and prizes for the whole family.
