Description
Join the Northern Sierra Dutch Oven Group (NSDOG) for a Dutch Oven class at the historic and scenic Mormon Station in Genoa — Nevada’s first settlement. Class participants will learn the basics of Dutch oven cooking under the guidance of seasoned instructors. A variety of simple dishes will be cooked to be shared by the group. Cost is $10 per person and can be paid at the time of class (cash only). Class size is limited to 30.
