Visit Carson Valley’s Ferris 50 Endurance Run event returns for 2026, taking place on November 7. This exciting race invites runners to compete in their choice of 3 distances – 50 miles, 50k, or 15k – spanning along a mix of single-track trails, OHV trails, and minimal concrete. Whether you are an experienced runner seeking a challenge in the off-season or a less experienced runner who is ready to explore greater distances at an entry level, Ferris 50 is an opportunity to test your mind and body while taking in the captivating views of Job’s Peak and Carson Valley.
