Fly Tying Workshop Series at River Fork Ranch The workshops are open to all interested in fly tying. Accompanied youth participation is most welcome! The High Sierra Fly Casters is holding a series of Fly-Tying Workshops. The workshops are open to all interested in fly tying. Accompanied youth participation is most welcome! The purpose of the workshops is to share collected fly-tying knowledge. The target participants are those who want to move beyond absolute beginner or intermediate levels. Beginners are welcome to come and learn what fly tying is all about. there will be a fly of the month, or a presentation of something fly tying related. Participants should bring their vice, tools, materials, and a desired fly pattern. The tables can accommodate both pedestal vices. Protective padding for the latter will be provided. Electric power is available at each table for lamps.
