Description
We are at the CVIC Hall for the first luncheon of 2016.
We'll be joined by Teri White, superintendent of the Douglas County School District for an update on K-12 education in the Valley. Ms White will provide updates on the legislative changes that effect education, on the move of 6th graders to the middle school and the 9th graders to the high school, the impact of the new STEM Center on CTE and the District's upcoming strategic plan process.
Lunch will be provided by Minden Meat & Deli.
