Health Fest 2016 & TYFS Color Blast 5k:

Join us on August 20 from 8:30 am to Noon for a FREE family health and wellness fair, paired with a ColorBlast fun run to benefit Tahoe Youth and Family Services!

The Health Fest will take place at Carson Valley Medical Center at the south end of Gardnerville, offering free health screenings and assessments, valuable health and wellness resources, free activities for the kids (including a bounce house and face painting), food, music and great raffle prizes!

Body Composition Analysis

Nutritional Assessments (do you have recent lab results...bring them!)
Lung Health Screening
Physical Therapy Assessment
Free Chair Massages - Relaxation Station
