General Membership Luncheon Looks at Fiscal Benefits of Renewable Energy
To start the year, we're hearing from Blake Guinn, the Nevada State Director of The Western Way, an organization that focuses on conservation efforts and the role of utility scale renewable (solar, wind, geothermal) energy projects in not just providing energy but serving as an economic development driver. They will be rolling out a report that focuses on the real numbers as they could occur in Nevada. You'll be surprised at what the dollars can be for rural communities.
