Feed your mind while you feed your body! Join us in taking an active approach to well-being during this springtime class series. Each session focuses on building personal resilience, developing creative skills to cope with life's stressors, and making healthy decisions a priority. Bring a sack lunch and bring a friend! Drinks and dessert provided.
