NDOW Bear Management Program
Just as a Border Collie has an instinct for moving sheep, out of each litter some Karelian Bear Dogs enter the world with an instinct for handling bears. Meet the dogs used in the Nevada Department of Wildlife’s Bear Management Program and see how they are trained to manage bears. Cages and other equipment will also be on display.
