Paranormal Investigation and Campout
Do you believe in ghosts? Find out if Mormon Station is haunted at the paranormal campout. This is the first event in a new series where visitors will camp overnight on the grounds of Mormon Station while participating in a paranormal investigating of Genoa's past citizens, who might still be visiting the Old Mormon Station today. This unique experience includes a tour of the park, a light Dutch oven dinner, and a haunting paranormal investigation under the light of a full moon. Participants will have the chance to experience the park and its history through the eyes of a practiced paranormal investigator, perhaps moving for a moment into a past that is still part of our present. WHEN: Saturday, July 16, 7:00 p.m. to Sunday, July 17, 8:00 a.m.
WHERE: The stockade at Mormon Station State Historic Park.
WHO: This program is intended for ages 15 and up. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. This program is limited to just 8 participants and registration is required. Please call 775-782-2590 to register. Spots are available in a first come first served basis.
