Description
Open to adults 18+ who have experienced trauma. Each session includes time for sharing and focuses on activities, skills and tools to guide you on a path toward healing. Educational and mental health resources will be provided. 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month. Meetings are FREE OF CHARGE Facilitated by Suicide Prevention Network
