What's the difference between this Stoneware pottery project and a pottery project from the walk-in shelf?

Walk-in projects are low-fire clay and use low-fire/stable glazes that stay put where you paint them. This Watering Can is made of stoneware clay therefore stoneware glazes need to be used. Stoneware glazes drip and flow and can be layered to create different looks. Stoneware is also more durable.
