Join us for a community day as we sweep the town! The first Sweep the Town cleanup day was hosted by the Gardnerville Volunteer Fire Department in the early 1900's. To honor those first volunteer firefighters the East Fork Fire Department will be showcasing two Fire Engines along Main Street for this event.

Start Location: Gardnerville Station

Cleanup projects will involve sweeping all kinds of public spaces—parks, empty lots, schools, trails, sidewalks, and even parking lots, to name just a few.

We are looking forward to having the entire community come out and join us for a day of SWEEPING THE TOWN!
